PISTARD Racing and essenza lubricants are pleased to announce the start of their collaboration in the 2023 CIV (Italian Speed ??Championship) season of the National Trophy.
From this year, essenza lubricants will be used in the BMW M 1000 RR superbikes of the Italian team PISTARD Racing.
ITALCO, a company founded in 2010, specialized in the quality lubricants sector, launched the essenza brand in 2016. The brand immediately established itself in Asia, especially in the motorcycle sector.
The essence (essenza in Italian): is that thing without which a thing cannot be, nor can be accomplished, nor can be thought. Oil is the essence itself of movement, of power, of performance. Oil is the essence of a motorcycle.
Thanks to the over thirty years of experience of its team, ITALCO has already demonstrated the high performance of its lubricants in racing as proof of the company’s immense focus on the quality of its products.
essenza is the lubricant used in the Yamaha which, with Jonathan Serrapica, won the 2017 supersport category and was second in the 2018 superbike category in the MSBK (Superbike championship of Malaysia).
In 2019 and 2020 essenza is the oil that lubricates ACCESS PLUS TEAM’s Ducati Panigale that participated to the ARRC (Asian Road Racing Championship) and that won the PSBK (Superbike Championship of the Philippines) for two consecutive years (2021/2022) with the reigning champion rider TJ Alberto.
Led by the entrepreneur Gianluca Galesi, PISTARD Racing was founded in 2016 and immediately became one of the most prestigious teams on the CIV circuit, successfully participating in various categories and championships.
Thanks to the commitment of top-level staff and riders, PISTARD Racing won the Superbike 1000 cc National Trophy Championship with the rider Roberto Tamburini in 2021 and Gabriele Giannini in 2022.
ITALCO and PISTARD will collaborate to have the best performance in the race for the BMW M 1000 RR.
